I started Syatt Fitness from my dorm at the University of Delaware in 2011 before I knew online coaching was even possible (and well before Instagram existed). Since then I’ve been incredibly fortunate to work with and help, literally, thousands of people all over the world improve their strength, health, fitness & relationship with food. Now I want to help you do the same.
In 2012, I quit my corporate accounting job to take a shot at a dream; to turn my passion for fitness into a full time career. And during the past eight years, with the help of various mentors, I’ve been able to coach thousands of individuals, both in the gym and online, to become leaner, stronger, and most importantly feel amazing physically and mentally. Now I want to help you do the same.
